That’s a great way of explaining it! I’m currently doing a 60-day meditation challenge, and let me tell you, I have never felt calmer in my life!
Our minds are currently racing, going 1,000,000 miles per minute, but meditation has helped because it forces me to observe my thoughts with an open mind.
I used to have trouble meditating because I thought I had to control my thoughts, but the goal is to learn to accept the fact that our thoughts are there, without judgment.
