I keep telling myself that if I can make that six-figure newsletter, then I can finally focus on what I love to do most, which is to write!

I hate marketing, and I hate writing about things I don't want to but will "garner the most views."

I want to write fantasy-fiction novellas and short stories for my kid to read when she grows up.

I feel you on this one, Tom. Fuck the distractions. Focus on what matters most. But use a journal to reflect and make sure you're focusing on the right things!
